I am living my dream life, and I want you to live out your wedding dreams too! After working as an assistant event producer for a wedding in college, I was hooked on the buzz of a transformation and the love all around! A few years later in 2011, I started my company as a class project from my twin size bed in the Delta Zeta sorority house. A business that is thriving and nationally recognized as a top planning and design firm!
I've developed a planning system that allows our clients a highly collaborative experience, yet all the freedom from the minutia to truly enjoy their journey down the aisle from beginning to end! We prioritize laying the most solid foundation for the weekend by getting to know our couples to ensure we're designing an experience and aesthetic reflective of them! Then every step of the way, we break down the unknown and collect the most talented team of vendors! My design process is unmatched and so thorough that you know exactly what you'll be walking into on wedding day! While I care just as much about the logistics and design, there's also nothing better than having a trusting relationship- laughing through our conversations and cheersing over cocktails!
I'm a wife to Jack and a mother to two sweet girls, Jules and Gemma! We love creating memories together, going on adventures big and small, reading, making plans to hang with our friends, and being out on our boat!

MEET ELYSE
Born and raised just outside of New Orleans, I hail from a large extended family and have always loved organizing and being a part of huge celebrations!
After receiving a Master's degree in accounting, I found myself craving a creative outlet in my life! I never imagined that I would be planning weddings, but I took a leap of faith and am so glad that I did! There’s nothing quite like watching two people in love vow to spend their lives together in front of their families and friends- and it all go off without a hitch!
Planning weddings with EJWeds since 2015 has been an opportunity for me to put so many things I love to good use: making to-do lists, creating floor plans, analyzing budgets and filling it with formulas, using my eagle eye for precision, bringing design visions to life, and meeting new people from all over! When I’m not planning weddings, you can usually find me in the kitchen dreaming up new dessert recipes to test out!
