If this isn’t a fairytale wedding, then I’m not sure what is! From the voluminous ballgown, to the grandeur of the St. Louis Cathedral, and the garden glam drama of the ballroom, this wedding was one for the books! Every moment was over the top yet oh so meaningful, and this couldn’t have been a more special (and in love) couple to help plan with! Congrats again to sweet Stephanie and Paxton, it was a dream bringing this lavish wedding to life with you!
The long and dramatic aisle was lined with classic cylinder candles and lush pew markers from Bella Blooms Floral. I love how Stephanie’s dress demanded a hand held escort!
Immediately after the ceremony, the guests paraded through the streets on a second line to the Omni Royal Orleans hotel, where the reception was be held!
The reception sported FOUR luscious beams of flowers: over the ballroom’s entrance, as the cake backdrop, down the 16ft head table, and across the 24ft stage! We wanted drama, and that’s definitely what the florist delivered!
We also wanted to bring the decor into the ceiling and the three round domes of the ballroom offered the perfect places to add these lush greens!
French blue velvet linens from Nuage Designs offered a luxurious texture and wintery feel to the reception.
This bride and groom literally could not have been any more genuine, more in love, more thoughtful, or more amazed by the whole day! They were just soaking it in at every turn, and they had some of the nicest and appreciative guests, too!
