Flowers on flowers on love on flowers!
This Ritz-Carlton New Orleans destination wedding was just filled with flowers and candle light, so that’s the best way to describe it in one sentence! This precious couple prioritized their guest’s experience as they showed their loved ones a true New Orleans wedding!
Follow along through their lush and classic wedding day below!
This ultra classic Southern wedding invite from Scriptura was clean and simple with the gold foil envelope liner featuring a map of New Orleans!
Guests arrived at the Ritz and were greeted with a hotel gift box of the couple’s favorite Nola treats and room keys with their engagement photo on them! Talk about a personal touch from the first moment of arrival! The rehearsal dinner and welcome party for all guests on the night before the nuptials really kicked off the celebration!
The terrace of the Ritz-Carlton Suite gave us a stunning backdrop of downtown Nola for the first look and all pre-ceremony photos! Who is still the biggest fan of the first look (Elyse raises her hand)!
They said I do in the Ritz courtyard where Bella Blooms attached a lush floral garland to the existing gazebo and added candles at every other row surrounded by rose petals! As you can see, it was intimate and magical and full of flowers!
After Samantha and Hayden said I Do, the guests moved down to a cocktail hour where they were greeted with wine and a wall of perfectly measured escort cards (thanks to Ashley’s crazy math skillz)!
Meanwhile, I got to sneak the B+G into the ballroom to reveal the decor and take some photos before the reception began!
Guests enjoyed a lavish dinner that blended their hometown norm of a seated dinner with the Nola style food stations. The bride made sure that there were beautiful centerpieces for every table with no bad seat in the ballroom!
Your cake linen can always step it up a notch!
In true Nola flair, beignets were passed to the dance floor for a sugar boost! Imagine their excitement when a second line band met them on the dance floor to take them on a parade down the iconic Canal Street! Ending the night on the highest note, and also the lowest note of the tuba!
Congrats to the lovebirds on a luxe wedding at the Ritz-Carlton New Orleans filled planned with the priority of their love story and guest experience!
